Yes, I've been away from here for a while. And I may not come back for a while more yet.

But there are a couple of things I need to tell you about, whoever might be reading this.

First is that the video I created in 2009 of "Uncle Daniel Scares Katherine" appears to have gone viral. As of the middle of December, 2011, the thing has over 40,000 views!

You can see it (and others I've posted) by clicking on the "My YOUTUBE Page" to the right. It's an older posting, and I think they put the newest ones at the top, so you'll have to scroll down some to get to it.

Please feel free to leave a comment. I've had to start moderating the comments and deleting a few because some of them were inappropriate. (For example, obscene language commenting on someone else's comments.)

The other thing I wanted to tell you was that you're still welcome to leave comments here on the blog, but if you don't already have an account here, you'll have to ask me to create one for you. It seems spammers have found the blog, and keep trying to sign up for accounts here so they can post their spam in the comments.

Of course, I never approve their requests for accounts, but I started getting two or three requests a day, and that was getting to be a bit much, so I've now cut off the capability for someone to request an account here. If you want an account here, just ask me. You have my email address. At least, you do if you're someone who I would want to have an account. Grin!
